Most of us do not eat a healthy diet. Sure we try very hard to do so, we go on momentary health kicks but ultimately we fall back into our old unhealthy ways. This is what most of us do. There is an old saying, let food be thy diet. The reason why many of us get sick and feel awful is because we don't eat enough of these foods and we do not get enough exercise. Focus on these foods and you will be happier and you will be healthier. It is a very easy thing to do for yourself.
